87-3909 Dangerous Structures(First Published in The Salina Journal Septemberl� , 1987) RESOLUTION NUMBER 87-3909 A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME AND PLACE TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE WHY CERTAIN STRUCTURES SHOULD NOT BE CONDEMNED AND ORDERED REPAIRED OR DEMOLISHED. WHEREAS, the Chief Building and Zoning Inspector has filed with the Governing Body a written statement that certain structures located upon the following described parcels of real estate are unsafe or dangerous: Tract 1 714 North Fourth Street Legally described as: Lot 15, Block 3, Woodland Addition Tract 2 736 North Third Street Legally described as: Lot 3, Block, 6, Woodland Addition Tract 3 1007 North Third Street Legally described as: Lot 6, Block 8, Episcopal Military Institute Addition Tract 4 142 South Third Street Legally described as: Lot 132, Third Street, Original Townsite of the City of Salina Tract 5 937 North Third Street Legally described as Lot 20, Block 5, Episcopal Military Institute Addition, plus 10' of the vacated street right-of-way adjacent to Lot 20, Block 5, Episcopal Military Institute Addition Tract 6 510 North Ninth Street Legally described ,as Lot 17, Block 3, Calkins Addition All in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That pursuant to K.S.A. 12-1752, the owner, the owners' agent, any lienholders of record and any occupant of each of the structures described above may appear and show cause why such structure should not be condemned and ordered repaired or demolished at 4:00 p.m. on October 26, 1987 in the: Room 200, the City Commission Meeting Room, City -County Building, 300 West Ash Street, Salina, Kansas. Section 2. This Resolution shall be in effect from and after its adoption by the Governing Body and the City Clerk shall cause it to be published once each week for two consecutive weeks on the same day of each week as required by K.S.A. 12-1752.
