RESOLUTION NUMBER 89-4149
A RESOLUTION PRESCRIBING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF SALINA, KANSAS, INCLUDING LAND DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE NUMBERS
89-9301, 89-9315, 89-9319, 89-9364 AND 89-9365, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION
NUMBER 88-4040.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in
the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, SO NOW,. THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section I. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, be
and the same is hereby extended to include territory added to, taken into, and
made a part of said City under the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance Numbers
88-9233 and 88-9295, and that all land lying within the following described
boundaries be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits
defined as:
1. Beginning at the section corner common to Sections
Twenty-two (22), Twenty-three (23), Twenty-six
(26), Twenty-seven (27), Township Fourteen (14)
South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian;
