NOVEMBER

WHEREAS, during the period from February 5, 1966 to April 15, 1970
and from May 16, 1971 to November 15, 1989, TERRANCE C. HEADRICK served
as Patrolman, Police Dispatcher and Police Sergeant for the Salina Police
Department, and
WHEREAS, TERRANCE C. HEADRICK has demonstrated invaluable and
dedicated service to the City of Salina; and
WHEREAS, such service and dedication to his job and the interest of
the City of Salina are worthy of public. recognition; SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body- of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That an official expression of gratitude and appreciation to
TERRANCE C. HEADRICK for his dedicated and faithful service as Patrolman,
Police Dispatcher and Police Sergeant for the Salina Police Department, be and
the same is hereby entered upon the official records of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to have this
resolution delivered to TERRANCE C. HEADRICK.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
4th day of December, 1989.
