RESOLUTION NUMBER 89-4118
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VACATION OF A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY ADJACENT TO LOTS 5 AND 6,
HANLEY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk by
Vincent and Patricia Klenda, petitioners, requesting the vacation of a portion of
a public alley adjacent to Lots 5 and 6, Hanley's Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the
Governing Body
of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the City
Clerk is hereby
directed togive public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating
i
that the petition
has been
filed for
such vacation of a portion of a public
alley adjacent to
Lots 5 and 6,
Hanley's
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas,
describing the
property
fully, and stating that the petition will
be presented. to
the Governing
Body of
the City for a hearing on September 25, 1989, and that at such time and place
all persons interested can appear and be heard under the petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
11th day, of September, 1989.
