RESOLUTION NUMBER 89-4081
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
THE VACATION OF SHADY BEND DRIVE, A PUBLIC STREET, EXCEPT THE
EAST ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) FEET THEREOF, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk by
Wallace Storey, Jr., petitioner, requesting the vacation of Shady Bend Drive, a
public street, except the East One Hundred Eighty (180) feet thereof, subject to
certain conditions, SO NOW, THEREFORE
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that a petition has been filed for
the vacation of Shady Bend Drive, a public street, except the East One Hundred
Eighty (180) feet thereof, subject to certain conditions, describing the property
fully, and stating that the petition will be presented to the Governing Body of
the City for a hearing on June 5, 1989, and that at such time and place all
persons interested can appear and be heard under the petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioenrs and signed by the Mayor this
15th day of May, 1989.
