A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION TO
CHARLES RINDT FOR SERVING AS A POLICE OFFICER AND POLICE
DISPATCHER FOR THE SALINA POLICE DEPARTMENT FROM JANUARY 10, 1967
TO FEBRUARY . 1 , 1989.
WHEREAS, during the period . from January 10, 1967 to February 1 ,
1989, CHARLES RINDT served as a Police Officer and Police Dispatcher for the
Salina Police Department; and
WHEREAS, CHARLES RINDT has demonstrated invaluable and dedicated
service to the City of Salina; and
WHEREAS, such service and dedication to his job and the interest of
the City of Salina are worthy of public recognition; SO NOW, THEREFORE
(Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That an official expression of gratitude and appreciation to
CHARLES RINDT for his dedicated and faithful service as a Police Officer and
Police Dispatcher for the Salina Police Department be and the same is hereby
entered upon the official records of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to have this
I resolution delivered to CHARLES RINDT.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
30th day of January, 1989.
