PUBLISHED IN THE SALINA EVENING JOURNAL SEPTEMBER 913..
An ordinance vacating the west ten feet of Eleventh Street between
Elm and Park streets in the City of Salina,Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the west.ten (10) feet of Eleventh street,
between Elm street and Park street, be and the same is hereby
vacated and discontinued as a part of said Eleventh street, and such
ground so vacated shall revert to the owners of Lot NO. 1. on Park
street and Lot NO. 1. on Elm street; Provided., that by such
vacation said Eleventh street, between Elm and Park streets, shall
not be les -s than sixty (60) feet in width; and provided further,
that the owners of said Lot 1 on Park street.and Lot NO. 1. on Elm
street shall deed to the City of Salina enough ground to extend the
alley running east and west between such lots out to connect with
said Eleventh street as changed by this ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance shall.take effect and be in force
from -and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal.
Passed and approved September 15, 1913. --
