AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims.
Be iv. ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of Four Thousand Four and 98100 (4004.98)
Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund in the
hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims:

Sec.2.That orderssbe, drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claims mentioned in Section One (1) hereof.
Sec. 3.-- That the sume of Seventy -One and 25100 ($71.25) Dollars be and
the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the hands -of the City
Treasurer for the payment of the claim, of August .Olsson for constructing Side-
walk.
Sec. 4. That scrip for the amount specified in Section Three (3) of this
Ordinance be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of such claim, said -
scrip to be made payable on or before fifteen (15) months from date and bearing
no interest.
Sec.. 5. This ordinanace shall take effect and be in force from and aftea
its adoption.
