ORDINANCE -N.0-27-0.5
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,900.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the.Library Fund in
the City Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment
of the following clair.: r.
Henry H. Eberhardt, City Part payment on 1923 tax
Treasurer Levy for.Library Fund .....$1,900.00
Section 2. That the-Di-rect.or of the Department of Finance
be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer' f.or. the payment of
the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of.this ordinance-.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, March 5th, 1923.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment
of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1900.00,be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the
Library Fund in the City Treasury of the City of Salina,
Kansas for the payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, City
Treasurer
Part payment on 1923
tax levy for Libr191900.00 Fund .............
Section 2. That the Director of the Department
of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue
a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the
City Treasurer for -the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
