Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $64.,422.19 be and the same '-
is hereby appropriated to The Brown-Crummer. Investment Company
from the Special Paving Fund in the hands of.the_City Treasurer
,for the 'payment of cash advanced on Paving Estimates Numbered
1-A to 10-A.
Section 2. That the Direator of the Department of
Finance.be.and the same is hereby_ authorized -to issue a war-
rant countersigned by the City Manager, upon.the.City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned in.Seetion One (1) of
this ordinance.
Section 30, This. Ordinance shall.take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED' by the Board of C ohmi s s i oner s of the C i ty of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $84,422.19 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to The Brown-Crummer Investment Company
from the Special Paving Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer
for the payment of cash advanced on Paving Estimates numbered
1-A to 10-A.
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of
Finance be and the same is hereby authorized to issue a war-
rant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of
this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
