An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE. IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the -City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X6,700.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Refunding Account in the City
Treasury and 07;894.34 out of the Unexpended Balance Account in
the General Fund in the..City.Treasury_for.the payment of the
following claim:
Brown-Crummer Investment Warrants of City issued
Company December 31., 1921 ......$l3,703.61
Interest on..Warrants 890.73
Total
...... ..$14, 594,34
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to issue warrants countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for. the putipose and
amount specified in Section One (1) of thl ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance sh!A,ll take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

is hereby appropriated out of the Refunding Account in the
City Treasury, and $7894.34 out of the Unexpended. Balance
