An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $250.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Band Arrearage Fund in the
hands of tree City Treasurer for the payment.of.the following
claim:
Salina Municipal Band,. Portion of balance due
on 1922 contract .........$250.00
Section2. That..the-Director of the Department of
Finance be and he is hereby directed to issue a warrant
countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
