An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $9,051.16.be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Unexpended Balance in the
General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the
payment of the following claims:
R. C. Gebhart, Agt., Riverside nark Bonds
& Interest on Same .....$5,051.16
Henry H. Eberhardt,
City Treasurer, Iron Ave. Bridge Bonds .. 41000.00
Total ....................$9,051.16
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of
-Vinance be and he is hereby authorized to issue warrants
countersigned'by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, upon delivery of said bonds.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take..effect and be
in full forve-from and after its passage.
