An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City.
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1'. That the sum of 016,275.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the i+emorial Hall.Fun d
in the hands of the City Treasurer for the.payment of the
following claim.
Peterson Construction Co., 7th payment for
the General Contract
of Memorial Ball ....$18275.00
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of
Finance be and he is hereby directed to issue.a warrant
countersigned by the City Manager upon.the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned.in Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, January 22nd, 1923.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for.the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED: by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $18,275.00 be and
the same is hereby appropriated out of the Memorial Hall
Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment
of the following claim:
