An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain clsA-m
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commisskioners of the City of Salina,
Y,ansas :.
Section 1. That the sum of $330.48'be and the same is here-
by appropriated to the Smith -Graham Construction Company, from the
Special Paving Fund in the hands.of the -City 'Treasurer for the. pay-
ment of 85 per cent of the contract price for the. cost of excavating,
grading and paving the Street Railway -Tracks on Santa Fe Avenue
from Walnut Street to Mulberry Street.and,from Mulberry to South
Street and from South Street south for, 240 feet, more or less accord-
ing to City Engineer's Estimate No.. 10-A on.file in the office of
the City Clerk of said City.
Section.2'. That scrip for the smount spe cified in Section 1
of this ordinance be drawn on the..City Treasurer for the payment of
said claim, said scrip to be made payable on or before April. 1st,
1923, and to bear interest at the rate of 32, per annum.
bection 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its adoption.
