An Ordinance vacating and discontinuing an.alley extending
north and south in Block Two (2) in the Replat of part
of Morrison's -Third Addition to..the. City of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comriissioners of the City of
S&ling, Kansas:
Section 1. That the alley in.the City of Salina,
Kansas, extending north and south.in.Block_Two (2) in the
Replat of part of Morrison's Third Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated and
absolutely discontinued.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
official City paper.
Introduced for first reading, January 8th, 1923.
Passed and approved, January 15th, 1923.
