An Ordinance vacating and discontinuing an alley extending
east and west from Phillips Street.to College Avenue
along the north line of Lots One (1_).and Two (2) in
Block Two (2) in the Replat of part of Morrison's
Third Addition to the City.of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the alley in the.Ci.ty of Salina..
Kansas, extending east and west.from..Phillips Street to
College avenue along the north line of Lots One (1) and
Two t2) in Block Two (2),,1n.theaReplat of Morrison's
Third Addition to Salina, Kansas be and the same is hereby
vacated and absolutely discontinued._
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
official City paper.
Introduced for first readint, January 8th, 1923.
Passed and approved, January 15th, 1923.
