An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District
, Number 6-C in the'City of Salina, Kansas.
BE I`1' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina-, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral -Sewer District Number
6-C in Sewer. Zone "C" ' in the City. of..Salina, Kansas be
and the same is: hereby created and established, said Lat-
eral Sewer District Number 6-C to include.and be comprised
of the following territory within the corporate limits of
the City:
All of Lot 19,, South 33' feet of North, -.67 feet of Lot 20,
East 40 feet of North 331 feet of Lot 20,..and Lot 18 on
,Faek Street, in Weaver's Addition; Lots .29-30-31 and 32.
on Elm Street, Weaver's Addition, Lots 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9
and part of Lots 8 add 10 on Phillips Street -.,.in Weaver's
grid Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its publication once in.the
official city paper,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salinas
Kansas.
Se.ction 1: That Lateral Sewer District Number 6-C in Sewer
Zone "C;' in the City of Salina, Kansas be and the same is hereby
created and established, said.Lateral Sewer District Number 6-C
to include and be comprised of the following ter°ritory within the
corporate limits of said City:
All of Lot 19, South 33 and Q feet of North 67
feet of Lot 20, East 40 feet of North 332 feet,
of Lot 20.and Lot 18 on Park Street, in Weager's
Addition; Lots 29 -30 -31 -and 32 on Elm Street,
Weaver's Addition, Lots 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9 and part
of Lots 8 and 10 and 11 on Phillips Street, in
Weaver's 2nd Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
