An Ordinance creating and establishing..Lateral_Sewer.District
number 3-G in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners. of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 51. That Lateral Sewer District Number 3-G in
Sewer Zone "G" in the City of Salina,.Karisas be and the same
is hereby created and establ'is-hed, said Lateral Sewer Dis-
trict Number 3-G to include and be "comprised.of the follow-
ing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots 1-3-5-7-9 and 11 on Republic
Avenue in Addition to the Kansas
Wesleyan University Addition.
Section 20-' This ordinance shall -take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
city paper.
Introduced for first reading, January 8th, 1923.
Passed and approved, January 15th, 1923.

An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District Number
3-G in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT.ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District Number 3-G in Sewer
Zone "G" in the City of Salina, Kansas be and the same is hereby
created and established, said Lateral Sewer District Number 3-G
to include and be comprised of the following territory within the
corporate limits of said City:
