An Ordinance creating and 'establishing Lateral Sewer District Number
9-F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
6ection 1. That Lateral Sewer District. Number 9-F in Sewer
Zone "F" in the City of Salina, Yansas be and the s�-me is hereby
created and established, said "Lateral Sewer District Number 9-Y to
include and be comprised of the following territory.within the cor-
porate limits of said City:
Lots 1-2-3-4-5- and 6 in heplat of Blocks
4 and 5 in Sunnyside Addition.
Section 2. Txis ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and`after. its. publication once In,the official city paper.
Introduced for first reading.. January 8th., 1923.
Passed and approved, January 15th, 1923.

BE IT,ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District Number 9-F in Sewer
Zone 'IF" in the City of Salina, Kansas be and the same is hereby
created and established., said Lateral Sewer District Number 9-F
to include and be comprised of the following territory within
the corporate limits of said Cityl
Lots 1 -2 -3 -4 -5 -and 6 in Replat of Blocks 4 and
5 in Sunnyside Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official city
paper.
