An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer
District Number 7-F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDA11ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas.
Section.l. That Lateral Sewer District Number 7-F
in Sewer Zone "F" in the City of Salina,. Kansas be and
the same is hereby created and established, said Lateral
Sewer District Number 7-F to include and be comprised of
the following territory within the corporate limits of the
City.
Lots 1-3-5-7-9-11-1315-17-19-21-23-25-27-29 and 31
Block 7, West 4721 of Lot 1, West 47Q' of Lot 3,
Lots 5-7-9-11-13-15-17-19-21-23-25-27 and West 422
feet of Lot 31, Block 12, Bond's Addition, and
the East 142' of'Block 8, East -142' of Block 9,
East 142' of Block 10, East 142' of.Block 11, and
East 142' of Block 17, Westview Addition.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
official city paper.
Introduced for first reading, January 8th, 1923.
Passed and approved, January 15th, 1923.
