BE IT ORDAINED by. -the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Sal ina,.._.Kansas:
Section 'l. That the sum of'410-�086s25"be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of.. -the Water &.Light Fund in
the hands.of the City Treasurer for the.payment..:of the follow-
ing claim:
Salina Water'Works Co., Hydrant Rental for .
last half of"1922.....$10,086.25
Section 2. The Direetor-of the Department of Finance
be and.the same is hereby authorized to issue a warrant
countersigned by the City Manager -upon the.City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned -in Section -One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after -its passage.
Passed and approved, January -2nd, 1923.

1
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $10,086.25 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Water & Light Fund
in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the'
following claim:
Salina water Works Co., For Hydrant Rentals for
last half of 1922 $10,086.25
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
be and the same`is hereby aftthorized to issue a warrant count-
Orsigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the
payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effeet'and be
in full force from and after its passage.
