An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District
Number 4 -F' -in the City of Salina,,Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the board.of Commissioners of the City of
Salina,, Kansas:
Section 1. That.Lateral Sewer District Number 4-F in
Sewer Zone "F", in the City of Salina, Kansas be and the same
is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sew.er.Dis
trict.number 4-F to include and be comprised of the follow-
ing --territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots 9 and 10; Block 10, Lots 9 and 10
Block ll, _ Lot 1 and. the. west . 50, feet ' of
Lot 2, and the north 50 feet of the east
--'1'5,'O-,'feet of Lot 2, Block 16 and Lot. 1
and_the_west 60 feet and north 55 feet
of .the... east..140_fee.t of Lot 2, Block 17,
on_ :Charles.. Street all in South Park Addn.
Section 2. -This ordinance=shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
official City paper.

An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District
Number '4-F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
'BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1.. That Lateral Sewer District Number 4-F
in Sewer Zone "F", in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and.
the same is hereby created'and established, said Lateral
Sewer District Number 4-F to include and be comprised of
the following territory within the corporate limits of said
City:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 10, Lots.9 and 10
Block 11, Lot 1 and the west 50 feet of
Lot 2 and the north 50'feet of the east
150 feet of Lot 2, Block 16 and Lot 1 and
the west 60 feet and north 55 feet of
the east 140 feet of Lot 2, Block 17, on
Charles Street all in South Park Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
official city paper.
