BE IT ORDAINED -by the Board of Commis.si.oners.of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1, That Lateral.Sewer'District Number 5-C;
in Sewer Zone ("C`)"in the City of Salina, Kansas be and the
same is,he:reby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District Number 5-C to include and be comprised.of the follow-
ingt4t_e.r_r_itor..y:_:.w.ithin._ the-..c.orpo:rat..e 11ii1its of said City:
Lots 1 - 2-- 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 on Clark
..Street, in Block 14, Leavenworth Addn,
Section.2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once (in the
Official city paper.

An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer Dis-
trict Number 5-C in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District Number
5-C in Sewer Zone "C" in the City of Salina, Kansas, be
and the same is hereby created and established, said
Lateral Sewer District Number 5-C to include and be com-
prised of the following territory within the corporate
limits of said City:
Lots 1- 2- 3- 4- 5- 6- 7 on
Clark.Street, in Block 140 Leaven-
worth Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its publication once
in the official city paper..
