An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of.$500'.00- be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund (Street
Department) in the -hands of the City Treasurer for the pay-
ment of the following claims
BEN WOLBERT, In consideration of the purchase price
Fire Chief of a Kissel Chassis in Fire Department
formerly used for a Fire Department
Truck, and converted for the use of
the Street Department as a Street
Sprinkler, and consideration paid Fire
Department for the same by Street De-
partment $500"00.
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
be and the same is hereby authorized to issue a warrant counter -
signed by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the
payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
