ORDINANCE NO. 2630
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $21,900.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund in the hands
.of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim,
on account of the condemnation and appropriation of Lot Num-
ber 17, in flat "B" on Iron Avenue in the City of Salina,
Saline County,. Kansas for the opening and extending of Faulk-
ner Street in said City of Salina, Kansas from the north lim-
its and terminus of said street north to the south line of
Iron Avenue therein, in accordance with the report filed by
the appraisers therein upon the 24th day of July, 1922 and
accepted and approved by the Board of Commissioners on the
24th day of July, 1922
Harry A. Peters $21900.00
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of
Finance of said City be and he is hereby authorized to draw
an order upon the City Treasurer of said City, countersigned
by the City 14anager thereof for the amount hereinbefore appro-
priated.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
certain claims
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
6ection 1. That the sum of $2,900.00 be and the
same is' hereby appropriated out of the General Improve-
ment Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the
payment of the following claim, on account .of the con-
demnation and appropriation of Lot Number 17, in Plat
"B" on Iron Avenue in the City of.Salina, Saline County,
Kansas for the opening and extending.of Faulkner
Street in said City of Salina Kansas from the north
limits and terminis of said street north to the south
line of Iron Avenue therein,.in accordance with the
report filed by the appraisers therein upon the 24th
day of July, 1922 and accepted and approved by the Board
of Commissioners on the 24th day of July, 1922..
