An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 16 That the sum of $449.20 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to The Brown-Crummer Investment. Com-
pany from the Special Paving Fund in the hands of the City
Treasurer of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of
interest on paving s c. ip e
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant -countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment:
of the Claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage..

is hereby appropriated to The Brown-Crurmier Investment Com
pany from the Special Waving Fund in the hands of the City
Treasurer of the City of ,Salina, Kansas for the payment of
interest on paving scrip.
'Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance

the City . -Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of
the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
