ORDINANCE NO. 2608
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1., That the sum of .$885,00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to the Salina Buick Company, from
the General Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of
the City of Salina, Kansas for the balance due on contract
for five passenger touring car, 1923 model, in accordance
with contract on file in the office of City Clerk of said
City.
Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kan-
sas be drawn on the City Treasurer of said City for the
amount specified in Section One (1) of this ordinance,
said scrip to be payable February 1st, 1923 and to draw
interest at the rate of 6% per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force .from• and after its passage.
