.BE IT ORDAINED by the Board',bf Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas.

Section 1. That the sum of 4300.00 be and the
same is' hereb�r app ropriated'Ilou.t' of the moneys from the
Band Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the
following claim:
Salina Municipal Band Part ';payment on
19221b ontract $300..00
Section 20 The Director of the Department of
Finance is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, count-
ersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One
(1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and

be in full force from and after its passage.

a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas. _
Section 1. That the sum of $300.00 be and the
sane is hereby appropriated out of'the moneys from the
Band Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the
following claim:
