An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
. certain claim.
J
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of x¢500.00 be -and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the Adminis-
tration and Finance Department of the General Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Saline County Chapter of
American Red Cross For -appropriation $500.00
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of
the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section
3. This

shall_ take effect and be
in full force
from and
after its
passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by,the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That'the sum of y;500.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the Adminis-
tration and Finance Department of the General Fund in the
