ORDINANCE NO. 2604.
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED- by the Board of Corrmiissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section l.. That the sum of $105'809.49 be and the same ie
hereby appropriated to The Brown-Crummer Investment Company from
the Special Paving Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of
the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of cash advanced on
Paving.Estimates numbered one'(1) to ten (10) inclusive.
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance be
and the same is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, counter-
signed by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the pay-
ment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $105,809.49 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to The Brown-Crummer Investment
Company from the Special Paving Fund in.the hands of the,
City Treasurer of the City of Salina, Kansas for the pay-
ment,of cash advanced on Paving Estimates numbered one (1)
to ten (10) inclusive.
Section 20 The Director of the Department of'Finance
be and the same is hereby authorized.to issue a warrant,
countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned in,Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after it's passage.
