ORD.INANGE_NO_._2603_. _
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a cer-
tain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $p600.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the General Fund
(Administrationz& Finance Department) in the City Treasury
of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of the following
claim:
Battery "A" For part payment on 1922
Appropriation .................$600,00
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose and amount
specified in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, September 25th, 1922.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $600.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the
General Fund (Administration and Finance Department) in
the City Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas for the
payment of the following claim:
Battery "All For part payment on 1922
Appropriation ..............$600.00.
Section 2. The Director of the Department of
Finance is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, counter-
signed by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for
the purpose and amount spe cified in Section One (1) of
this Oraimnc.e .
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force -from and after its passage.
