2601 Appropriations_ ORDINANCE N0. 2601 1 1 1 An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of.$3,400.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the Memorial Hall Fund in the City Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of the following claim: Otto Peterson,, Third estimate on Memorial Hall Construction 3400.00 Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, contersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose and amount specified in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
