:An ordinance making an appropriation -for the payment
of a certain claim.
Be it .Ordained by .the Board of Commissioners .of the
City. of Salina Kansas:
Section 1 ----.That the's:um of $998.92 be and -the same
is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the Military
Monument Fund in the City Treasury of- the Sity of Salina,Kansas, fc
:for the .payment of the -following claim:
:R.A.Cassel-h#.'--As part .payment of the contract
for the Electrical work in the Building
of Memorial Hall Building -as per terms
of said contract.
Section 2, ---The Director of t -1e Department of Finance
is hereby authorized to issue,a warrant
countersigned by the City I;Ianager upon the
City Treasurer for the purpose and amount
specified in Section Ocie (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3:.. --=This ordinance shall take effect. and be
n full force from and after it s passage.
