e. and west of the
rear end of Lots 125 14, lb and
18 on Third Street
of the original town of Salina,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Bca rd of ConLmissioners
of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the alley lying east
of•and adjacent
to the rear end of Lots 11, 131 15 and. 17 on
Fourth Street as
marked and designated on the plat of the original
town of Salina,
Kansas and lying west of and adjacent to the
rear ond. of Lots 12,
14, 16 and 18 as marked and designated on the
plat of the original
town of Salina, Kansas and extending northfrom
the north line of
Pine Street to a line parallel with and 200
feet
north of said
north line of Pine Street in the City. of Salina.
Kansas be and the
same is hereby vacated, annulled and discontinued
as a public
street and thoroughfare.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in
full force from and,after its publication one
in the official
City paper.
