certain claim.
BE 1T 011-DAINED by the Board of Conte: ssioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $816.18 be and the same is
hereby.appr.opriated to Amerman L- Snyder from the Special Sewer
Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of the City of Salina,
Kansas for the payment of the finals!' 10� of the contract price
P
for the cost of constructing certain lateral sanitary sewers in
the City of Salina, Kansas according to City Engineerts final
estimate on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. The Director othe Department of'Finance
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINEt by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of d 816.16 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to,Amerman & Snyder from the Special
Sewer Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of the City of
Salina, Kansas for the payment of the final d%of -the contract
