An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $};165.80 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to Amerman & Snyder from the Special
Sewer Fund.in the.hands of the City Treasurer of. the City of
Salina, Kansas for the payment of the final 10% of the contract
price for the cost of constructing certain storm severs in the
City of Salina, Kansas according to City Engineers final es-
timate on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
is hereby authorized to issue.warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
