An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain, claim.
BE IT ORDAINED bylthe Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas;
Section 1. That the sum of $22208.68 be and the same
is hereby appripriated to H. T. Weldin from the Special Side-
walk Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of the City
of aal ina, Kansas for the payment of the cost of constructing
sidew��lks in the City of Salina, Kansas*
Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kansas
be drawn on the City Treasurer of said City for the 'amount
specified in Section One (1) of this cr dins nee, said scrip
to be payable one year from date apd to bear interest at the
rate of 6% per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansa s : .
Section 1. That'the sum of $2,208.68 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to H. T. ieldin from the
Special Sidewalk Fund in'the hands of the City Treasurer
of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of the cost
of constructing sidewalks in the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That scrip of the City -of Salina.. Kansas
be drawn on the City Treasurer of said City for the
amount specified in Section One (l) of this ordinance,
said scrip to be payable one year from date and to bear
interest at the rate of 6% per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be ih full force from and after its passage.
