An Ordinance vacating and discontinuing an alley through Powers
Addition and Seitz Addition between Tenth Street and
Eleventh Street, extending north from South -Street to
Maple Groce Addition in the City of Salina,, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Board. of Commissioners of the City of Sal ina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the alley extending through Powers
Addition and Seitz Addition between Tenth Street and Eleventh
Street from South Street to Maple Grove Addition in the City of
Salina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated, annulled and
discontinued as a public street and thoroughfare.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the offici7l
City paper.
Introduced for first reading.... July 31st, 1922.
Passed and approved August . 7th, 1922.
