An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina'
Kansas : -
Section 1. That the sum of $3,500.00 be and the same is
herebyappropriated out of the Moneys of the Library Fund in the
City Treasury df.!!the City 'of Salina, Kansas, for the payment of the
following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, Part payment for 1922
City Treasurer Tax Levy (Library) 030500.00;
Section 2. The Director of the Denartment of Finance is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose and amount specified
in Section One (1) of t his ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of`the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,500.00 be and the same is

the following claim:
