2553 Payments to the City Treasuryli 1 1 n —ORDINANCE. An Ordinance requiring the payment of certain sums into the City Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas, and providing for the certification to . the County Clerk of certain sums not paid in and to be assessed as taxes against certain land. BE IT .ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salim., Kansas: Section 1. That unless said sums are paid on or before the 24th day of July 1922, that the City Clerk shall certify the assessments so made and in the amounts as aforesaid, together with interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum upon any and all such assessments due and unpaid, to the County Clerk of Saline County, Kansas, at the same time and in the same manner as other assessments are certified and the same shall be assessed against the tracts of land as hereinbefore set forth and collected as other taxes against said land are collected.
