An Ordinance vacating and discontinuing Hope Street in the City of
Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the: Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
9'ection 1. That Hope Street from Third Street to
Fourth Street.between Blocks Four (4) and Five (5) in Sunny-
side Addition to the City .of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is
hereby vacated, annulled and discontinued as a public street
or thoroughfare.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be _
in full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first reading July 17th, 19220
