.An Ordinance defining . certain misdemeanors and providing a penalty
for the violation thereof,
BE .IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That any man and woman not married to
each other who shall lewdly and lasciviously abide and cohabit to-
gether in the City of Salina., or who shall whether on one of more
occasions sleep in, occupy or freguent the same house, building,
apartment, room or place for lewd and lascivious purposes in the
City -of, Salina., shall each be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of ghat more than
.One Hundred
Dollars
($100.00) or
by imprisonment for not more than
thirty (30)
days or
by both such
fine and imprisonment.
Section 2?. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and. after its publication once in the official
City paper.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of'Gommissioners of the City of
Salina:
Section 1. That any man and woman not married to each
other who shall.lewdly and lasciviously abide and cohabit.to-
gether in the City of Salina, or who shall whether on one or

fished by a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars (4100.00)
or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) dans or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the` official
City paper.
