An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2461 and re-
pealing said original section.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
section 1. That section 1 of Ordinance No. 2461 be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That every person who shall be found
intoxicated, in any street, alley or other place
in the City of Salina, shall be deemed guilty.of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be fined in any sun not .exceeding one hundred and
no/100 dollars, ($100.00) or imprisoned not more
than thirty (30) days, or by both fine and im-
pr is onment . "
Section 2. That original section 1 of Ordinance No.
2461 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect pind
be in full force from and af'te',i its publication once in the
official City paper.
Introduced for first reading July 10th, 1922.

same is hereby amended to read as follows:
