BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: section 1. That section 1 of Ordinance No. 2461 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. That every person who shall be found intoxicated, in any street, alley or other place in the City of Salina, shall be deemed guilty.of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sun not .exceeding one hundred and no/100 dollars, ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or by both fine and im- pr is onment . " Section 2. That original section 1 of Ordinance No. 2461 be and the same is hereby repealed. Section 3.
