An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the . Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,492.19 be the the sameis
hereby appropriated to Amerman & Snyder from the Special Sewer
Fund in the hands, of the City Treasurer of ,the City of Salina, Kan-
sas for the payment of 90% of the contract price for the cost of
constructing certain . storm sewers in Salina., Kansas, according
to City Engineer's estimate Number One (1) on file in the office
of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, .Kansas be
drawn on the City Treasurer of said City for the -amount specified
in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said scrip to be payable on
or before Se]ote ober l st, 1922, and to bear interest at the rate of
670 per annum.
Section 3.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,492.19 be and the same

Kansas, according to City Engineer's estimate Number One (1)
on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kansas be
drawn on the City Treasurer of said City for the amount spec.i'
fied in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said scrip -to be
payable on or before September 1st, 1922 and to bear interest
at the rate of 6% per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
