An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1_ That the sum of $9,948.75 ,be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from The Water,
Light, heat & Power Fund in the City Treasury in payment of
the following claim:.
Salina Water Works Company,
Hydrant rental for first half
of 1921 .................$9,948.75.
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section "3.
This
ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from
and
after
its passage.
