An Ordinance makingjan appropriation for the payment of a cer-
tain claim..
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $720.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated,out of the moneys from The Band Fund in
the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Salina Municipal Balnd: For part payment on 1922
contract ....... ..-..........$720.00
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in iSection One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance..shall take effect and be in
full force from and' after its passage.
