An Ordinance vacatingg,', and discontinuing a certain a.-Iley in
the grounds of the Kansas Wesleyan -University, addi-
tion to the City of Saliinal* Kansas.
BE IT ORDk.,T!\.IED by the Board of Co-mmissioners of the pity of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Ihat the alley between Republic Street
and Beloit Street, and riore definately located between Lots
Five (I_)) and Seven (7) on Sr,lntea Fe Avenue in the grounds of
the Kansas BVesleyan University 7 Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof, com,',-tencing on
thewest side of Santa Fe Avenue, between said Lots five
and seven (7) and extending west one hundred ten (110) feet,
said al ley eing sixteen (16) feet in width, be and the same
is hereby annulled, vacated, a-nd discontinued.
Section 2. This ordinaiace shall. take effect and be
in force frorii and after its publication ol-Jce in the official
City paper.

ORDINANCE NO. 252B
An Ordinance vacating, and discontinuing a certain alley in
the grounds of The Kansas Wesleyan University,
addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas;
Section 1. That the alley between Republic Street
and Beloit Street, and more definitely located between Lots
Five (5) and Seven (7) on Santa Fe Avenue in the Grounds of
the Kansas Wesleyan University Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof, commencing on
the west side of Santa Fe Avenue, between said Lots five (5)
and seven (7) and extending west one hundred ten (110) feet,
maid alley being sixteen (16) feet in width, be and the same
is hereby annulled, vacated, and discontinued.
Section 2. Thus ordinance shall tape effect and
be in force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first reading June 19th, 1922.
Passed and approved ......... June 26th, 1922.
