An Ordinance making.ah appropriation -for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT, (RDAIN-ED by the Board .of commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
.Section 1. That the sum'.of $7345.43 be and the same is
hereby appropriatedto Amernan &,Snyder.from the Special Sewer
Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the
following claim, being 90% of the contract price of the cost
of constructingcertainLateral Sanitary Sewers in said City,
at the places and in the Lateral Sewer.Districts as herein-
after,described.

Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be drawn on the City Treasurer of Salina., Kansas for the above
Sum of $7,345.43 in payment.of,the.claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said scrip to be payable on or,
before September lst, 1922; and to bear interest at the.rate of
six per cent (6%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
