An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
certain Claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the -Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $11,591.61 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of,the paving fund in the hands of
the City Treasurer for the payment of.ninety (90%) per cent
of the amount of the following claims:;
The Smith -Graham Construction Company, for estimate of work
completed by said Company up to and including May 31st, 1922.

:';;_and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum.
